Do not see property to be changed of several text boxes due to only common.
Cause:
The property sheet only displays properties common to all selected controls. This is by design of Microsoft Access. The property box is not common to all selected controls.
Solution:
Deselect all text boxes and select only the text box desired. The property sheet displays all properties for the selected text box.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Click away from the selected text boxes in the form. (The handles disappear.)
6) Click to select the desired text box. (Handles appear around the text box.)
7) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Properties' to display the property sheet.
8) Click in the desired property box.
